Hi Go Dance, as many of you already know our $29 direct debit (no contract) payment option is a super flexible and affordable way of learning at Go Dance. Students on our direct debit option up until now have been able to pause their direct debit payment at anytime for as long or as little as they like. This would be requested via an email to our admin team and processed straight away.
As much as we love providing this level of ease and flexibility, we've found that's it's becoming a little harder to manage as the school grows and the number of requests are increasing. The main trouble is that students are forgetting to let us know once they have returned to classes after their break (membership pause) and are not getting charged. Because these students have a members wristband, this never gets picked up via our receptionists or instructors until months down the track, if at all.
To help us keep our system fair and flexible, we are now requesting the following in order for go dance to action a request for pausing payments.
Please hand in your wristband at any of our Go Dance location reception desks. Please let the receptionist know if you are cancelling or pausing your payments. If you are pausing the payments, please let us know when the payments should re-starts (date).
Please email Go Dance via our contact form (website) to inform us of the above.
Your request will be processed upon receiving your email and verifying that your wristband has been returned. Requests for pausing payments will not be accepted without the wristband being handed in.
